31 mystery icons after installing Fences 3

Using MS Windows 7. Fences 3 successfully installed yesterday. Fences 2 windows came across OK too. BUT also 31 new but unwanted icons with titles such as Bug Slat.dll, Vista Brdige and BS SndRpt. When I try to delete them there are a variety of warnings suggesting I'm asking for trouble in trying to do so.

What should I do to remove the 31 safely? Where did they come from?

I do not understand, did you just said you have both Fences 3 and Fences 2 running at the same time?
