Fences Tech Support

So, this is gonna be a bit of a weird one. Basically, my brother bought a new computer and decided instead of selling his old one off, he'd give it to me. It arrived, I installed it, booted it up and all seemed well. Thing was, Fences was looking a bit funny. They were all in the wrong places and scattered across my dual monitor setup. I figured, okay, let's delete and recreate them in the right places. Nope, the top of them is cut off beyond the top of my monitor, as well as the task bar on monitor 1 seems to have the correct resolution unavailable. Maybe I'm wrong about the resolution, I can't remember what it said it was when I got it, I checked an "identify your monitor resolution" website", looked for that. Wasn't there. For now, I'm stumped. Thanks in advance for any help, ask for any info you need.
