Bottom search bar finds very few hits

New to windows 10 since January.  For the most part Start10 works just fine.   The search bar at the bottom of Start10 finds very few of the many words that I am positive are in my computer (like my name).  Most everything that I have is on partitions B:,E:,& F.  I cannot find out how to disable Start10 in startup file.   I would like to do this to see if it is Start10 fault or Windows 10.  The only Stardock product that I can find listed in another startup app like CCleaner or Winpatrol where I can disable it is fences.
