Shortcut icons still showing even though fences are hidden

The latest update to 3.0.8.1 is having display issue.
My shortcuts are displaying on the desktop even though the fences are hidden. When I roll over the icons, they disappear.
Is there any way to rollback to the previous version?

I have no issue with it. But I'll check if they have links for previous version. Need to wait for them to come on later. Please be patient.
Have you try purge and reinstall. Sometimes it helps. Just remember to save your snapshot first to reply after reinstall. Try this steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
After Purging go to your Stardock account My Downloads
and Re-Install Fences from ODManager / view downloads

Due to restrictions on work laptop; I am not able to do the things that you are suggesting with creating a new administrator account. In fact, they will be revoking my administration privilege on March 1st.
I have performed multiple updates before without issue; it seems this latest version is having an issue with screen updates and forcing icons to hide when the fence folders are hidden.
Is there any possibility for me to uninstall this version and re-install the previous version to test it out. If the previous version works fine, then it is clearly something with this version. If the previous version also has the same issue, then it could be something with my laptop that has changed.
Try checking with your IT dept. for this work computer
their Security may be restricting you.
Similar problem has been reported before and it was an iT issue to fix.
The bug at the time of multi monitor has not been fixed yet. (When saving the downloaded file on the desktop, the file is displayed on the secondary desktop) It can not migrate from 3.0.1.
