After purchasing Fences 3 the next day I received an email that my order still hasn’t been processed fully because it’s under review in the fraud department. After asking me to sign up for a helpdesk account I replied an email to proceed with the order, then I received another one asking for some details about the order with a helpdesk ticket. I said yes and asked what’s the problem and to specify, no reply. I got worried because this one was taking longer than the other to reply back at me, so I went to the helpdesk, went to my tickets, and asked how long will it take? Still nothing. I honestly thought this was going to be a 1-2 day thing but it seems that It will be longer than that. I forgot to mention that I already paid for the program.
