Activate Fences

Hello, I order fences at 09.14.2017, but i can't activate fences. I have a Product Key. 

By activation, it comes a pop up with: " An invalid product key was entered".

 

I try again, but the product key was every time invalid.

 

Please help me to fix this problem.

I do not see Fences in your account. If you ordered from another email you would need to merge your accounts.

I had two copies of Fences registered.  One was version 3, for which I have the key, the other is version 2.  I can’t find the key to that version and it didn’t show in my account.

 

 

I want to deactivate the version 2 and install it on another PC, yet when I do ‘about’, it gives me the option to unregister it, but it doesn’t show me the key.  Can you help me find the key so I can move it to another computer?

Hello,

Why you want to use version 2 on another PC. If that pc is still your pc and its for personal use. You are allowed to install up to 5 pc. So why not just install version 3 on that PC too?
