Fences windows all messed up on double monitor vs. laptop view

Hi

I have a double monitor set-up and I connect my laptop to it via the docking station. I have several fences windows arrange on the monitor. But when I undock my laptop for travel, meetings etc and again dock it, all the windows are screwed up and are not arranged in the same order as before.

I don't mind if fences windows don't show up correctly on the laptop but I want them to be in same order on the external monitor.

I did not have this issue before. But I moved my setup and re-arranged monitors to a new location and now every time i undock and dock my laptop, windows arrangement is all over the place.

Please help.
