Start10 Won't Run on DellXP12 Laptop

I have a Dell XP12 Laptop and I can't get Start 10 to work on it. I've done a clean install, no luck. Disable Table mode, no luck. Any ideas?

Maybe you can try "clean boot" to see if there is application conflict happened. Please follow the steps as listed below.
