Start10 doesn't open right sometimes

Pretty much what happens is I'll sometimes click on my start button and my start menu will open up halfway up the screen.  All the menu items will be there as well since I can hover over them and they all work.  But when I click the button or press my windows key again it'll open up back down at the bottom where it should be.  Just a minor inconvenience honestly and was wondering if anybody else has had this issue or has a fix?
