I did that.

I uninstalled OD manager and installed the re-downloaded OD manager.

No change in result.

Can I download specifically the item I want to install? For example WindowsBlinds10 ?

 By the way, maybe it relates to the fact that I didn't submit the product key somewhere? How should I do that?
