Windows 10 with Nvidia drivers and Fences

I have 3 monitors with the center one set at my primary. This machine is a new install and have tested it twice. Without fences installed all of my new icons appear on the primary monitor as the next icon in the column as expected. When I install fences my icons go to a different monitor and sometimes instead of going to a different monitor they will appear as the next icon on my desktop going from left to right not top to bottom. It will also move my other icons and shift them to different locations as well. The icons inside the fences are ok though but I fence every single icon. With Fences installed and I move around a non-fences icon, a portion of the icons jerk around and then return to their normal place, this does not happen when fences is not installed.

Thanks

Thank you for the link and I double checked all of the settings from this list to with no success.

One key test for me is the Recycle Bin and My Computer: I leave these both on the desktop as the top left two icons. Once I install Fences and did all of the check, the first new icon added to the desktop will go over top of those icons and I have to move them.

I have 3 screens (1, 2 primary, 3), this is the top left of the primary screen and the top right of the left screen (top center between screen 1 and 2). As you can see I have the Recycle Bin already there but Fences if forcing the icon partially off the screen.

I wanted to see if there were any additional thoughts on how to troubleshoot this issue. Fences seems to be the only options that has been kept up to date, so I don't really have an alternative besides going back to the days of having folders all my organization on my desktop.

Thanks

Using a multi boot with several HD's to use Win 7 or Win 10 creator update with 2 32" Samsung monitors connected to a 1060 using Display Ports.

As soon updating the NVIDIA driver (without 3D crap & download update SW & tools crap) all fences gets ALWAYS placed on first monitor.

A reload of saved layout do not solve the issue, this means old configuration fences are still on first monitor.

Log out and log in again: All fences are still on first monitor. Now reloading the fences layout for 2 monitor without saving will place all fences on the 2 monitors again.

BTW: still waiting for the fix of the delay lag on Win 10 Creator update..

Cheers

A fix for the lag would be nice.

Thanks for the tip to fix the layouts, mine seems to be ok, it's just that every icon is placed on the desktop out of line with the snap grid and not in line with windows icons.
