Quote button testing thread

I jumped on the bandwagon of hijacking my own thread so I started this.
I noticed that the quote button does not work for me at the site but it worked when I did it in discussion on the Wincustomize Browser.
This little problem too shall be solved.

I am having problems using it in IE too. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

Even editing it here manually doesn't work.
