Did you purchase Object Desktop using PayPal? If so does your PayPal account have a different email address than your Stardock account?
No, I just pay with my credit card, the billing adress and email adress is correct. I have got a order receipt.

Sorry for the mixup and delay. I'm not sure why your order had not been processed yet. But I have now processed it and you should receive an email receipt with your information, or alternately you can use the product retrieval link to get your Object Desktop key.

1. When i click "try it free" on groopy nothing happens. i have to copy the link manually.
2 same thing happens when i click on download.
3 when i installed "Groupy" it asked for my mail but i have received no mail from stardocks since few hours (i tried to go back, rewrite my name and send it again, also indeed i checked in spam trash)

For problems with activation pertaining to a trial version, unfortunately, we do not currently have have an offline activation system in place.
In lieu of being able to experience the trial, if you purchase the product (which does have an offline activation method if that is required), and it does not meet your needs, we will refund it.
