Blown Up Icons

I have been using Fences since version 1 and have always loved the program. I currently have version 3.0.5.12 running in Windows 10 and when I reboot the computer, all the icons blow up. None are in their 'Fence' and when I try to restore a snapshot they move around to different places, but never restore to their proper locations. I have a 2 monitor setup and the icons on monitor #2 pile themselves on top of one another and dance around when I try to restore the snapshot. 

I contacted support when this happened the first time, and their advice was to send a log file, then purge fences, then re-install. That worked great the first time, but now that doesn't work at all. 

This computer is my work computer which is connected to an exchange server so my Desktop is located on the server, not locally. I assume this is the problem, but there is no option to have the desktop local. Fences has always worked on this setup just fine. About a year ago something changed that started causing this issue.

I'm just about to uninstall this program for good unless anyone has any ideas.
