First Purchase Upset

Dear Stardock.
Last December 10, 2017, I purchased your Ashampoo Win Optimizer 15 Product.
I was expecting an instant download experience - after the checkout process.
Instead, I received an e-mail from "fraud sales" asking me to answer within two business days or else the order would be cancelled.
It also stated that there will be a review first before I get billed.
I then immediately answered the e-mail providing details such as the Order Number and my Full Name etc ..
However, up to this time, there is still no response and NO SIGN OF ANY PRODUCT DELIVERED.
But THE MONEY WAS ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT - when I checked it this morning.
The reason I'm upset with this is because I know of a similar experience with this fraud checking thing.
What happened at that time was that the card was charged multiple times - with no product.
I hope that it does not happen to me..
I merely purchased your product on sale and I want to use it.
I purchased it with my money and so I expect a simple delivery of the product.
This is really upsetting for me and I hope you do understand my sentiments on this.
