name of fences BOX disappeared

Hi, fellows. Fences worked all right until yesterday. For any reason, the name of each fences box disappeared. They all are aligned on the top of my window (so name should be visible at the bottom part of each box).

Yesterday, all names disappeared and I didn't have access to the drag and drop place of each fence. So, I reconfigured all fences to a new place and after that, move it back to the top.

But, before the title of the box changed to the bottom when fences is aligned with top; now, this didn't work any more.
