Object dock reserve edge on screen does not work right with dpi scaling on Win10

Hi, I downloaded test version of Object Dock last week. On my 4k monitor I need dpi scaling of about 250% with Win10. AS soon as I change the dpi scaling from 100% to 250% the Object Dock option "reserve edge on screen" (this is the desktop application bar feature) does not work correctly. I am getting overlaps between Object Dock frame. e.g. docked at left side, and a full size application frame. This is not case, when I use dpi 100%, but with 100% you can't read any text on screen with 4k resolution.

Any idea what is going on?
