After uninstalling Start10 156 my W10 v1703 Start Menu is missing all my programs

How do I fix this problem?

My Windows 10 Pro v1703 system has a bad habit of crashing explorer (screen appears to "reboot", i.e., go dark, tasktray and desktop icons disappear and then slowly reappear).  I can trigger this by pinning a program or two to the taskbar.  So I uninstalled Start10 and this problem has disappeared.

But now my Windows 10 Start Menu only lists Microsoft apps; all my programs (Adobe, Microsoft Office, and much more) are not listed. Is there a fix?

Start10 does not alter the contents of the Windows 10 menu itself unless you manually delete things from the all programs list.

I would recommend you contact Stardock support about your Start10 issue as thats not normal and is probably caused by a conflict with some other application.
