As you can see here, Skype (the UWP app) has a super blurry icon after it has been pinned to the Start10 menu.
Looks like a DPI scaling issue with application shortcut. You can adjust the setting by right clicking the shortcut in your start menu and opening the file location. Right click the shortcut in the folder and click properties. In the properties window you will see the compatibility tab. You will see various DPI scaling options that you can change.
There are times that a restart or video driver update will resolve these automatically, but at times they can be stubborn.
Nah, no scaling applied here, it happens randomly to UWP app icons only.

Would like to know more on your system. Please list you hardware spec, Windows 10 version and update status, and any other program running in the background. i.e Windowblinds, fences, etc etc. Thanks
No other Stardock programs installed, Win10 1709 and hardware is unrelated.
