Security Issues With Carbon Black

I've been using Fences for years and I really like it. Unfortunately, I was alerted by our IT department that Stardock Fences is setting off security concerns with our company virus protection software, Carbon Black. I've been instructed to uninstall it.

What could Fences be doing to trigger security concerns with Carbon Black?

Just wondering.
