Windows background, Fence transparency issue

Hi,

When I disable/enable a monitor in Windows, the Windows background will display brighter than normal, so when I mouse over the fences the transparency is much darker than the background and I can see small boxes around the icons in the fence.  By toggling any option under the Tweaks section for Color & appearance, the background refreshes correctly and the problem is resolved.

I am using Windows 7 SP1 and Fences 3.0.5.12
