no customer service

Our firm purchased the Fences software with Stardock a couple years ago.  I have tried to call 3 different times and left voicemails for someone to call me back on switching the software from 1 computer to another with NO RESPONSE.

Customer service is not great.

I bought many of the Windows customisation application over the years for windows 7 and although I haven't used them for a while because of the introduction of windows 10, I decided the go back to windows 7 and re-install all the stardock applications, it turns out I can't register them, my old account no longer exists and I also can not get any help from the support form?

 

My previous purchases are all a waste of time now, I will not by buying updated versions if this is how they run their business.
