I can't connect to ANY server for activation. I own Fences 3, and yet no matter what I try (activation with a product key, with an account, or with Offline Activation), it fails.

I even tried explicitly allowing Fences through the Windows Defender Firewall, no luck.

Same for me - Server appears to be down.  Also please note that Multiplicity is not available on the software dropdown list within the software activation section of the user account website so you can't select it to enter your licence key.  I've emailed no response yet and phoned - no response as office is closed at the moment.

We're not seeing any activation issues. I'd suggest trying again and if you still have an issue please contact support.
