Cannot activate via any method

Hey, I've had an update for Windows Blinds sitting bugging me for weeks that I had to uninstall my existing install, restart PC and it'd then install the new version... Which it did. But it's asking me to activate which is failing using every method

- Try to activate via login to stardock account, it says there was a problem connecting to the activation server
- Get my activation code from the website and try to activate that way, same error
- Use the offline activation at http://activate.stardock.com/SASAct.aspx, upload my .req file and it just sits there with a 'please wait' spinning endlessly

I've temporarily disabled my firewall but still having an issue.

Please help.

Hi just an addition to this - i am having the same issues with fences and deskscapes.

 

ive tried online and offline activation for both apps, spinning icon then says issue with server.

Paid Money for this Object Docker Software and Still can't activate. Is any refund offered ? Can download the software ok just cant activate.

Same issue occurs here in Denmark.

Just paid 10$ for the Fences 3 online on Stardock.com, got a "Receipt for Order #4093506" with Download Link and Product Key.

Tried online activation and offline activation without any luck (online: "There was a problem connecting to the activiation server" and offline: endless "Please Wait" while uploading the req-file). 

When I login to my account on Stardock.com, under My Profile --> My Downloads, it states, that I have Fences 2 and it displays a different Product Key than I received in my "Receipt for Order". 

I'm logged in via my private wifi, not corporate, I have tried rebooting my PC after unsuccesful activation attempts and so on.

Any suggestions of what to do?

How wide spread is this?  What is your ETA since this was reported a month ago?

This is a separate occurrence. Everything should be working now.
