Issue with Splitting Start10 icons into multiple columns

I want to spread my Start10 icons across the page.  If I go more than 4 columns wide, I begin to lose the right hand menu of the Start10 screen.  The bottom menu items stop showing up, for example, RUN, Windows Admin Tools, etc.

Is there a way to force Start10 to open the full start screen, up and down, (in the Y axis)?  This way the right hand Start Menu items would always show up.  And I could go 6 columns or so and see all of the menu items.

I am using small icons (with text).  Don't know what else to tell you about.  Ask questions if you need to know of my set up.

Are there some posts that address this?  I don't know how to search for this issue.

Any thoughts on this?
