Unable to receive License Key just after a purchasing

 

Hi,

Sorry but I have opened a ticket too for the above issue  ( Ticket id: #KMG-174-32061) and I haven't received any answer yet , I have sent several e-mail to your support  having the same result ( none)  . Now I see in the forum that there are other people with the same issue or similar to my one  so probably it is something widespread.

Please give me a feedback, it is not nice that nobody cares about my request .

"yestreday I purchased a fences 3 licence and erroneusly I haven't print out the page with the licence info's .

I have used the e-mail that I use at work to do this purchasing that is francesco.rapuano@ge.com  and I haven't received anything at this address.

Please can you send this info's to this other address : frapuano58@gmail.com otherwise I'll never be able to use the SW I have purchased.

I have already opened a ticked and sent a request to send licence data to another address but I haven' received till now any answer.

As noted in the reply to your first ticket please do not reply asking for the status on a ticket as it will reset the activity on it and push it farther down in the queue (this will further delay it being seen).  

By replying to your ticket it unfortunately pushed it down the queue as tickets are processed oldest first.

I will pass this over to support to have a look at.

Firstly for your information, support tickets are answered on a first in - first served basis.

Each time you send another email to support, without having a personal response from a support tech, your position in the support queue is reset.

Would help if you stuck with one post to communicate with support.

Out of curiosity, did you use PayPal to purchase Fences? If so, is your PayPal email different than your Stardock account email?

No I didn't use Paypal and the e-mail used for the purchasing of fences (francesco.rapuano@ge.com) is different from the one that I used  so ask help to support ( frapuano58@gmail.com).

As explained several time this is due to the fact that I wasn't able to receive any licence information on the francesco.rapuano@ge.com e-mail address and any answer from your side on that e-mail.
