Why are you refusing to send me my activation code?

emailed and called 50+ times

I purchased the Fences program online the week of April 17^th. Your automated system will not e mail me my activation code. I have sent countless messages and called your office several times and left messages because no one ever answers the phone. Total ripoff!!!!!!

Shouldn't you see your serial well at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products ? You may need to click on "Show product keys" I can see mine
