Can I pay for support?
Getting support seems to be a nightmare for me. I am willing to PAY for assistance. Does anyone know how to get phone assistance? A company relying upon forums to give support is akin to going to an emergency room and getting advice from other patients as opposed to actually seeing a doctor. If Stardock cannot or will not offer REAL SUPPORT then I am perfectly ok with paying double or triple the cost of the software. Software does me NO good if I cannot get it to function properly.
