Can't find a way to change the right click menu BG color.

No, you will have to pay for an upgrade to the new major version.  You most likely can get the upgrade at a discount, see "Own a previous version of Windowblinds?" at the bottom of this page:

The right click menu is usually an image that would need to be edited in SkinStudio to suit your needs.
