Fences wants to update everyday but it never works...

Everyday I get a "an update is available" but when I click OK it says 0/11.6MB but never actually downloads or updates. I tried this at home and at work so I don't think it's a network issue on my end. 

My Fences license did expire so if that's the issue - can I get it to stop asking to update if I'm not eligible for the update? I'm on Fences 3.01.

Have you tried downloading manually? https://store.stardock.com/download/3781

If that fails, can you contact support?  https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit

The log file might be useful:

  1. Press WindowsKey+R
  2. Paste in %userprofile%\appdata\local\stardock\fences3\
  3. Press OK
  4. Attach or include SasLog.txt to the support ticket
