cannot move icons into fence

Issue happened after update to 3.04

i have multiple fences docked to the top of my monitor with roll up.

When i try to move an icon into these fences the fence does not roll down so that i can place the icon into it.

I have the same issue. You might like to know drag-and-drop is also affected (dragging an item into a rolled-up fence to drop it on an icon doesn't open the fence).

Having the same problem - additionally, those icons which can't fit on my primary monitor and would naturally spill-over to my 2nd monitor are now sandwiched/overlaying on the far right edge of my primary monitor.   Sort of reminds me of the great marching band alley scene at the end of "Animal House".

Things were working properly with V3.03 - looking forward to the release of the fix via V3.05.

Didn't know to look for a beta ... but now I do ... and I did ... and Fences_3.05_beta_sd fixes the problem.
