Mouse Pointer-Cursor Malfunctions in KVM mode

When I use the Multiplicity HotKey to launch the KVM mode remote display window for the first time since a reboot of the remote computer, the mouse pointer is invisible wherever it travels inside that window.  However, that remote mouse pointer remains active and will cause the expected Windows highlighting of any button or link that it happens to travel over; and its mouse clicks are effective -but you just can't see the mouse pointer.

If I close that initial KVM session and then launch a new KVM session, the mouse pointer becomes visible inside the remote display and remains functional for the rest of the day.  However, that pointer's various interactive graphics icons are disabled, so there is no change to the double-headed arrows cursor when over a column or window edge boundary, etc.

This problem has been occurring for at least the past month, maybe longer.  Both systems are running Windows 10 Pro with updates installed, and EdgeRunner Multiplicity v3.43 KVM Build 00082.
