If you come back after entering the folder

View type changes to Medium icon.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

I usually use fences for folder portals with many files. Having to reset to list view all of my folder portals every reboot is driving me nuts. I've already spent 2 hours looking at fences alternatives.

You have an excellent product -- when it works...

Please keep it working!
