Object Desktop Purchase Queued But Still Charged?

Hello Community,

 

First off, this is my first time posting in these forums, so if the placement of my post is incorrect, my apologies. Secondly, I have just purchased Object Desktop after having owned WindowBlinds for several weeks. During the purchasing process, it stated that my order was queued (1 business day, but it is Friday, and they are closed), which is understandable due to the prevalence of fraud, but what I do not understand is the fact that my bank was charged even though the product that I was promised on Stardock was not delivered; honestly, I feel kind of scammed. Not looking to complain, but rather to seek answers. Can anyone tell me when I will receive the product that my banking account has been already charged for?

The charge to your bank isn't real, it's like a ghost charge.
