Fences switch screens

On Windows 10, I frequently wake up my computer to find my fences have switched to a different screen. Windows numbers the screens the same, but my fences have moved and snapshots don't fix it. Could this be patched?

I have the same problem and my Fences keep moving to the wrong screen and whenever I move them to the right screen, restart my computer - then they're back to the wrong one.

I have several user including myself that experience this same issue. My fences completely disappear until I double click and then they show up even though I have the "hide" feature disabled.
