Can't delete empty Fence

I had some Fences linked to folders on a Harddrive that is not connected to my PC anymore.

Not the Fences seems empty because of this and I want to delete them. This is not possible, no X or anything anywhere. So how do I remove these empty Fences?

Right-click a fence, select View then make sure they are not locked.
