Mouse freeze every 10 seconds

As of about 2 months ago, my mouse cursor freezes almost exactly every 10 seconds for about 1.5 seconds on all my PC's. 

I currently run Multiplicity 3 KVM ($40 version) with 4 other PC's connected to it using seamless. All PC's are running windows 10 (64bit). About 2 months ago I started experiencing it on 1 pc, a while later it started on another PC, and now it's happening on all secondary PC's. I originally thought this was a PC or windows issue and looked in to troubleshooting that, but then tested to see if the same thing happens when multiplicity isn't running, and it doesn't. It only freezes every 10 seconds when multiplicity is running. Looking at my CPU Performance, im getting huge spike in utilization from 5% up to 34% every 10 seconds. This is very annoying because when gaming on those PC's you will get a huge lag spike every 10 seconds, and it's very frustrating trying to type as it will get stuck on whatever key you are pressing when the spike occurs.

Any suggestions on possible fixes and whats causing multiplicity to jump my PC utilization from 5% to 34%?

Did you ever figure out what was causing the lag? I'm having the same issue with my two secondary's now.

Think I may have figured it out. Wireless router ac adapter was corroded at the plug and not making great contact. Cleaned and reconnected. Working well now.
