Fences 3.03 crashes at bootup on Windows 10 Pro 64bit

I've been having an issue with Fences 3.03 crashing at boot up, it started several months ago. The screen freezes and locks up, and when I click on the desktop the screen turns white for a few seconds, then Fences closes and will not restart. Windows starts working normally after Fences closes.

I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it several times but it keeps doing the same thing. I noticed version 3.03 came out last year, is there any hope of a new version that addresses this problem?

I am using Windows 10 Pro 64bit, the full version, not a preview.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
