With all the security issues abounding on the internet I usually won't copy/paste a url or even click on an outside link. You can bring that image into your post which will give more people an opportunity to view your concern and provide you with timely responses.

Would need a lot more information. To start, what operating system are you using and what version of Windowblinds?

What version of Windowblinds, 10.5, 10.51? ALso, it might be best to contact Stardock support on this and wait for a non-automated reply. Win 10 Enterprise is something I am sure very few people even have.

its the same on Windows 10 Pro.

WindowBlinds 10.5 (029 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

I would still recommend contacting Stardock support robert319, but if it does it on two different machines, Enterprise and Pro, it would seem to indicate that you have software on both PC's that is interfering with Windowblinds and casting this issue, because as far as I can remember no one else has had this issue that I am aware of.

I didn't mention that from the beginning it was working correctly, but after a while when i tried to change windows blinds configuration at some point it starts to do this behaviour. I tried to uinstall stardock at all and install again but didn't help.

Since I'm using Win7, I'm no help but, do you recall what changes you made before this happened.

I just play around but nothing more just in themes app and Windows blinds. I cannot say exactly but should not happen, from my point of view there is some bug inside this app.

It appears support responded to you.  Have you done as they suggested?

As noted in the support response, each time you respond to a case your issue moves to the back of the queue.  Only reply when needed.

I believe I have exactly the same problem since last night, when a Windows update installed that took quite a long time (think it's the "anniversary update") to complete.

Windows 10 Home (14393.rs1_release.161220-1747)
WindowBlinds 10.5 (029 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

It doesn't affect all windows though - mostly message boxes are affected, along with the "Run" dialog box, and various non-maximized windows. I use TightVNC frequently and the connection box and main window suffer the problem, as does PuTTY and even the WindowBlinds configuration window. My guess is that it affects pure Win32 API applications as things like Paint and Explorer windows seem OK. That said, Skype has a thin white bar that covers up the menu.

I checked for WindowBlinds updates but there don't seem to be any.

There is a beta update 10.56 which is downloadable from the Stardock Store under your account.

However your issue is not a known issue.  As a test I would recommend swapping to the default theme, rebooting and then reapplying the WB theme.  Does this then all work ok? (bar Skype adding an extra white bar - that's a recent skype 'feature' which the latest WB beta does address)
