Folder Not Expanding
On my Win10 system with Start10 I've created a few folders in the launchbar, When I mouse over the folders they do not expand, if I click on the folder the folder is displayed in the windows file manager.

Can you post a screenshot so I cna be sure what you are trying to do?
This is John a friend of Susan's. I'm a registered user of Start10 and I also purchased Start10 for her. On my PC and her PC the launchbar is displayed above the taskbar. On both systems I added a folder to the launchbar. On my system when I mouse over the folder in the launchbar it automatically expands and I can select the desired application. On her PC when I mouse over the folder in the launchbar it does not expand, if I click on the folder it opens in the windows file manager.
The image that Sean posted is about the control panel, this is not the area of the issue.
I cannot determine how to insert an image into the post as I can in other forums so I created a Dropbox folder and shared it with support@stardock.com
There are two images in the folder 1) "Folder In Launchbar does not expand.png" is the image where I have positioned the mouse on the folder on her PC. 2) "Folder Expands in Launchbar.png" this is from my system and the folder expands as expected.
I've compared the settings for Start10 on her system to my system and I think they are the same.
To create the folder, I opened the lauchbar, created a folder, added shortcuts to the folder.
I just copied one of my launchbar folders to her launchbar folder and when I mouse over the folder it does not expand as expected.
This should be the link to the dropbox > https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qmnppbz4zpr8fhn/AAB0-JCGGy0bj2qBJJh4sIH7a?dl=0
Ahhhhhhhhh. I found the solution. On my PC I had also installed True Launch Bar, see http://www.truelaunchbar.com/ This actually uses the Launch Bar folder, Now when I create a folder in the Launch Bar (actually the True Launch Bar) and hover over the folder the contens of the folder, which contains shortcuts will displayed. If I click on any of the shortcuts then the application will run.
Sorry to throw you a curve, I had not documented this very good in my installation document. Hopefully I now have it documented correctly.
