[Question] How long will they send me my fences 3 serial number after purchase ?

Hi everyone!

Yesterday, I've purchase for Fences 3 full version.

And I've received this email in this morning :

They said I'll receive my Fences 3 serial number after 24 hours purchase but I still have nothing now.
Anyone have the same problem ? Please give me some advice.

The email response you received requested certain details.

You must respond to that email within 48 hrs. or your purchase will be cancelled.

If you don't see the email in the inbox of the account linked to your Stardock account within a few hours, then make sure to check the 'spam' folder in that account.

My registered email for stardock account is the same email account that I was used to purchase the full version of Fences 3. I'm waiting for that mail now, still nothing here, but I hope I can receive it soon.

I'm looking into this now montella. My apologies. I will respond to the ticket and would ask if you could as well from now on as that's the quickest way to get support's attention.
