Downloading and installing updates never progresses

Downloaded and installed Fences 3.0.1 yesterday. Shortly after installation got a notification about upgrading to the latest version. Ok'd the upgrade and a dialog pops up telling me to wait while the update is downloaded. But it doesn't progress, staying stuck at 0 bytes. I left it running for at least an hour. The behaviour is the same this morning.

This is on a Windows 10 machine.

Knowing where it is trying to connect to would make this easier to trouble-shoot. This is in an office environment with a firewall appliance involved, so that may be the culprit.

I would suggest you contact support. Make sure you tell them what is going on but also let them know you are behind a firewall. Only send in one ticket and you will receive an auto reply back. Sending in additional tickets will keep moving you to the bottom of the cue or list.

You might also grab the update and install it directly from https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Thanks for the suggestions. Manually installing the update will take the pressure off. On the upside, this issue gave me an excuse to have a deep look into our firewall. I suspect that will bare fruit. If it doesn't, I'll work through support.
