[Win8.1] "Show desktop" button black screen
When clicking the "show desktop" button, the .dream wallpaper disappears, leaving me with a black screen.
I'm using Fences too, they are not affected by this.
I have up to date AMD graphic drivers.

Thanks for reporting this. We'll look into it.
Occurs on window 7 as well
As "dominatro" indicates above, it does also happen with Win 7.
There are multiple problems with Deskscapes 8.51, the blank screen is just one of them.
Since support is still "looking into" these problems, I uninstalled 8.51 and reinstalled Deskscapes 3.50. The oldest version works best. Deskscapes 8.10 does not have the "blank screen" problem, but has other ones that 3.50 does not.
Until StarDock fixes Deskscapes 8.x, I will stick with 3.50. (I have been requesting a fix for over 3+ years.)
Are those of you experiencing this issue using Stardock Fences as well as this is not reproducible on a machine running the latest Deskscapes without Fences that I can see.
I am using Windows 10 here though so will check the other OSes during the week.
On my Win 7, 64-bit Pro, system, DesKScapes 8.10 and earlier does not have this problem - just DS 8.51.
Last week I reinstalled 8.51 to do some other testing and noticed that if DS 8.51 is not configured or has a single image selected AND IS PAUSED, there is no longer a "black screen" issue, for me. It only happens to me when not on pause (randomizing multiple images, or even a single image.)
I do not know if the "black screen" issue happens when using the non-randomizing features of DS 8.51; I have not used those features, since wallpaper randomizing is why I use DS.
Hope this helps.
Sorry, Neil - I forgot to mention that no, I do not have Fences installed.
It does happen on my Win 7, 64-bit laptop, with only DS 8.51 & WB 8.13 (having problems w/10) installed & running.
Again, hope that helps.
