Cortana Not Working With Start 10 and/or Windowblinds 10

I have the latest Windows 10 Anniversary Update release and Cortana doesn't work at all, only basic search functionality is working with the Search Windows box. Is this a known Start 10 and/or Windowblinds 10 issue? I recently reinstalled Windows 10 AU and Cortana was working up until I installed Start10/Windowsblinds 10 so I think it must be something with one of the programs. Anybody have any ideas for a fix? or if there is one?

I am not aware of anyone reporting anything similar in the past and off the top of my head I cannot think why they would interfere.

If you uninstall them does it then start to work (ruling out the possibility that the OS has broken itself by coincidence)

I found out the problem. It has nothing to do with Start10/Windowblinds 10. I forgot I updated to Windows 10 Education which officially does not have Cortana in it. It was officially removed by Microsoft.
