Universal Apps missing or broken

Hello,

I'm having a problem that appears to be somewhat common, based on other threads.  I have a few Universal Apps pinned to my Start10 menu.  About 40%-50% of the time when I log into Windows, these pinned apps are missing and show only a placeholder menu item that reads "App".  Clicking on the App item simply opens an Explorer window. The entire "Universal Applications" menu is also blank when this happens.

Logging off and back on fixes this issue most of the time, but sometimes a restart is needed.  Visiting the Windows Store and downloading something usually fixes this too.  I tried restarting the Start10 service when the menu issue appears, but it didn't help.

Is this a known issue, and is there a work-around?  I am using Start10 v1.50 with Windows 10 1607, but this problem has been around in older versions of Start10 and Windows 10 too.  Thanks!

Please try the 1.52 beta at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/ and if it's still not working, contact support at https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit

Thanks

Just a follow-up... I installed Start10 v1.52 beta and it does not resolve this issue.  Universal Apps are still missing from the Start10 menu, and clicking the menu item to show the Windows Start menu doesn't do anything.

i've had this issue several times & uninstalling, rebooting, & reinstalling has always worked. It hasn't screwed with my activation.
