Activation
I have been a customer for 10 years. I have used objectdesktop for at least 6. (at least according to your records on 'my account'). Today I had to reload my pc again so I already do not have a sense of humor today. When it came time to load stardock software I get "Maximum activation's reached". Instantly I am upset. So I goto your site and it says my account is expired. EXPIRED? I BOUGHT THE SOFTWARE, NOT A SERVICE! So, by this time it's 3am, I'm tired, I say screw it, I'll bite the bullet and "renew" a service I didn't agree too when I bought the software and I PAID with credit card, for a "year" of "service". So I download the new "manager" software you have and pick my "deskscape" software I always load and it installs and then asks for email, name and key code. I put my same key code in and it says "Maximum activation's reached". Now listen, I realize all of this must be a real hoot for you people just billing everyone for software they already bought years ago, then suck more money out of them and make the system not update so you STILL can't activate it. I however have lost my sense of humor. In case you haven't noticed, half your software seems to be designed to enhance parts of windows, OR bring back old parts of older versions. THIS MEANS ONE THING,,, "People who use your products like things to work they way they want them too!!!!!" This crap your pulling right now doesn't qualify! I understand your concern with piracy but not at the expense of 1) the customers enjoyment of your product, 2) the actually working of said product, 3) more aggravation in my life I don't freaking need!!!!! FIX THIS!!!!!!!
