Spacemonger does not activate

Can't get SpageMonger activated after entering product key. Activation dialogue first says "Thank You. SpaceMonger has been successfully activated". Then I click "Finish" and get a dialogue saying "SpaceMonger has not been activated. Please go back to complete activation."

Tried many times, as administrator, etc, without success.

My system is Windows 10 Pro 64 build 1607.

Is this a bug or what?

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem, likewise using Windows 10 Pro. Nothing seems to work.

Sorry about that.  A server change that shouldn't affected anything affected things.

You should be fine now.

. . . and now I'm not activating. Also noticed that it's no longer under EdgeRunner, but under Stardock itself? How can I activate it now? It wants me to activate it via the EdgeRunner website.

I had to add my key to my account via account management on Stardock. Thankfully I had the original e-mail from my purchase two years ago.
