I am having the same issue. I can see WindowBlinds 10 and my license key but SkinStudio is nowhere to be found.

Any help on this would be most appreciated.

Edit: I upgraded to object desktop and SkinStudio is present in the downloads.

Thus far, all of you seem to have the same cause.  You purchased under one address (perhaps on you use for PayPal) but activated under a different one.  Try this link with your other, purchase, email:

I'm having the same problem, and tried looking up product key for the e-mail associated with my paypal. I got the account lookup failure message.
