How To Copy Just 1 Dock To Another Pc

There is a good explanation on copying all docks on post “Copy ObjectDock desktop to another user” I have multiple docks in one account on two PCs.  It is easy to copy all docks from one account to another but in this case there is a good reason to have different sets of docks on a laptop than in the main work computer.  There is a specific dock that is needed on the laptop and a need to keep all of the other docks intact. 

I am reluctant to change CurrentTheme.ini will-nelly without knowing more about it is laid out.  What would be ideal is way to save and merge from OD but a short tutorial about how CurrentTheme.ini is laid out would help.
