Stardock Products

I like the Stardock products and wish I could use the ones I've purchased. Unfortunately, these products put such a drain on my system (HP All-in-One Desktop) that they slow it down to a crawl. I've requested my money back a couple of times, but the request seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Very disappointed.

Support replied asking for more details on the 11th.

Otherwise, reply to your original ticket with as many details as you can provide and they will get back to you.

I already gave all the details. I like the products, but they slow my computer (high speed Cox DSL) down to a crawl and cause it to lockup or crash. What else would you need. I can't use Window Blinds or FX.

This is a tool that support uses to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please reply to the ticket email with the the .zip file it creates on the desktop

I'm not sure what's happening to your PC, but WindowBlinds isn't going to slow your internet speed down and cause your PC to lockup and crash.

The support tool is not us going into your PC, it's a log tool to show us what's happening with our apps. I've responded once again to your ticket.
